At The Tidy Octopus, we understand the challenges that families face when caring for loved ones with various forms of Dementia, including Alzheimer’s, FTD, and others. That’s why we’re proud to offer free cleaning services to those who need it. Please fill out our application so that we may assist you. We recognize the importance of creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for individuals living with dementia, as well as their caregivers. Our aim with these complimentary cleanings is to shed a little light during a dark time, providing a helping hand and a sense of relief to families navigating the complexities of caregiving. With our compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail, we aim to make a positive difference in the lives of those affected by dementia.
How To Qualify
To qualify for our complimentary cleaning services, you need to be a caregiver for someone diagnosed with a form of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease, Vascular dementia, Lewy body disease, Frontotemporal dementia, Human immunodeficiency virus-associated dementia, Younger-onset dementia, Dementia caused by Huntington’s disease, or Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. We understand the unique challenges faced by caregivers in these situations and aim to provide support where we can. If you meet these criteria, please reach out to us to discuss how we can assist you in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for both you and your loved one.

How Often Can I Get A Complimentary Clean
Our goal is to extend a helping hand to households caring for someone with dementia by offering up to two complimentary cleaning services per household. We understand the immense responsibilities and challenges that caregivers face on a daily basis, and we aim to provide support in the form of a clean and comfortable living environment. By offering these complimentary cleaning services, we hope to ease some of the burden on caregivers, allowing them to focus more on providing care and spending quality time with their loved ones. Found The Tidy Octopus on Nextdoor and tried out her July special for 3 hours deep cleaning. I had her do my kitchen which was in serious need. She stayed well over an hour longer because she wanted to finish the job. She scrubbed the whole time with no air conditioning and worked very hard.. My kitchen looked so good I ordered dinner out so I didn’t mess it up!

All I can say is that I am thoroughly impressed. I’ve gone through 10 housekeepers in the last year and finally found “THE ONE”!!! So hard to find good people these days but Abigail and James went above and beyond! I Hired her for a deep cleaning that took 9 hours to complete. Abigail and James worked hard through the whole time they were here and it shows. My house was a mess and my windows were filthyand they’ve made it look so good!!!! I’ll be keeping this one!!!!
