The Tidy Octopus was born out of a deep-rooted desire to alleviate the burdens of mundane household chores and provide support to those in need. Inspired by the tireless dedication of my own mother, who managed a bustling household of six children while my father worked tirelessly to support us, I witnessed firsthand the toll that such responsibilities can take on both body and mind. Determined to ease this strain for others, I founded The Tidy Octopus with a vision to allow individuals to reclaim precious time for what truly matters: family, joy, and cherished moments. We currently offer commercial and home cleaning services to the Orange County, Corona, Long Beach, and the surrounding areas to aid our clients in keeping a tidy and healthy space. Additionally, having experienced the challenges of caregiving for a loved one with Alzheimer’s, I am passionate about extending a compassionate hand to caregivers during their darkest hours. Our comprehensive range of services includes residential, commercial, rental, and complimentary cleaning services, aiming to cater to the diverse needs of our clients while offering unwavering support and understanding.

We offer complimentary cleaning services to one family a month aiming to alleviate some of the burdens associated with caregiving, allowing families to focus on what truly matters: spending quality time with their loved ones. With our meticulous attention to detail and compassionate approach, we strive to create a clean and safe environment that promotes comfort and well-being for both caregivers and their cherished family members.

What types of cleaning services do you offer?

We currently offer home cleaning services, commercial cleaning services (or office cleaning services), rental cleaning services, organization services, and complimentary cleaning services to those taking care of someone with various types of dementia. How do you price your services?

Everyone’s living situations and needs are different. We do customized pricing that takes into account the square footage, number of rooms,  pets, and number of cleaning specialists required to do the job in an efficient and detail-oriented manner. Prices for each job will always vary based on a variety of factors

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes!

What is your cancellation fee?

To avoid any charges, cancel with 48 notice, our cancelation policy is as follows:

• Less than 24 hrs notice/day of service = 100% of the service fee.
• Within 48-24 hrs from the start of the appointment = 50% of the service fee
• More than 48 hrs from the start of the appointment = No charge / no fee.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our rates are set based on the information provided during the booking process and are non-negotiable. We take pride in our work and the value we provide.

Do I need to be present for cleanings?

No, you do not. You can provide us with access to your home with a key, and door,  garage code, or you can buzz us in.
